Using your personal information
The protection of personal data is an important concern to ICAEW. Any personal data collected will be treated in accordance with current data protection legislation.
We will use your personal data for the administration of the competition and facilitation of any prizes won. ICAEW will not use personal data provided for marketing purposes. ICAEW will not share personal data provided with third parties.
Please note, if you are successful, we will use your Instagram or Facebook account to contact you to request your email address in order to facilitate your prize. We would also like to mention your Instagram/Facebook handle, surname, and county (or country) in a post on our ICAEW Instagram account and ICAEW Careers Facebook page on 24th September which will be live on our Instagram account for 24hrs and our Facebook account for 14days.

Prize terms and conditions
- The competition is open to @ICAEW Instagram/Facebook followers the age of 13 and above, who have entered via Instagram and Facebook.
- The Promoter is ICAEW, Chartered Accountants’ Hall, Moorgate Place, London EC2R 6EA.
- The closing date for this promotion will be Tuesday 21st September at 12:00pm.
- Entries received by the Promoter after this time will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
- The prize draw will take place on 23rd September at 13:00.
- There will be two prizes of an offer to have a one-on-one video interview session. Two people will be chosen at random and win an individual session, this will be held remotely.
- To enter the prize draw participants need to follow and like one of our competition posts.
- Participants who follow, like this post will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
- ICAEW accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
- The winners of the competition will be the first two people chosen at random from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions and the winner will be notified, via direct message, within 10 days of the draw taking place. Should the winner not be located/successfully contacted within seven days of the draw, a substitute winner will be drawn. The winner will be announced in an ICAEW Instagram and Facebook post on 24th of September.
- If you do not want your Instagram handle, surname and county (or country) included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the promoter via Instagram direct messaging @ICAEW a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion.
- No cash alternative or alternative prizes are available on request.
- You acknowledge that neither Instagram nor Facebook is liable for any loss or damage arising from this prize draw or your entry in the prize draw and that this prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
