Since I was 15, I always wanted to do something with numbers. I heard about ACA qualification and knew it was the right path.
I scored an opportunity of a lifetime when an ICAEW Authorised Training Employer offered me a training contract. Not only did I get the chance to experience the life of a chartered accountant, I was also able to interact with and offer professional advice to real clients.
And in just eight years, my career has taken me from Kuala Lumpur, to Brisbane; and this year, I am proud and excited to call a new city my home - Los Angeles, USA!
When I look back, I think that it was my choosing to be an ACA that has made all the difference. And no matter where I go, I know that I can weather any challenge that comes my way.
